Vishal has been dedicated to the sport of field hockey since his high school years, where he first developed the discipline, teamwork, and competitive spirit that continue to shape his athletic journey. As a collegiate athlete, he quickly emerged as a leader, guiding his college team through numerous tournaments with a strong emphasis on strategy, cohesion, and performance under pressure.

 

During his master’s studies, he continued his commitment to the game with the University of Florida Club Hockey Team, where he served as both a key player and team leader, helping organize training sessions, mentor newer athletes, and elevate the team’s competitive presence.

 

Over the past eight years, Vishal has remained consistently active in club-level competition, participating in regional and national tournaments that have strengthened his versatility, endurance, and tactical understanding of the sport. Beyond playing, he is deeply passionate about growing field hockey worldwide—advocating for greater access, youth development, and community engagement to help expand the sport’s reach and inspire the next generation of athletes.
